The impact portfolio contains 14 learning experiences with which we aim to reach our regional goal of 15 million young people per year.
Below, you will find materials to implement the programs, as well as communication resources to inform others about them.

Plan your future
Prepare | Work Readiness | +16 years old
Students acquire self-awareness tools to discover and enhance their interests and abilities. As a result, they design their personal presentation and implement a job search plan. They participate in engaging activities, perform practical exercises, and interact with special guests who share their professional journeys. They become aware of socio-emotional skills, project themselves into the future, learn to set goals, and plan the path to achieve them.

The largest youth inspirational event in the region.
Junior Chatbot
Inspire | +15 years old
It is a mobile learning initiative to deliver inspiring low-cost educational experiences using a chatbot through WhatsApp. Each conversation offers different options to start an educational path of approximately 15 minutes. There are 9 paths:

Personal finance
Prepare | Financial health | +16 years old
Students deepen their understanding of financial planning, personal and family budgeting, credit, savings, and investments. Through playful activities and instances of personal and group reflection, students internalize financial concepts and connect them with their life projects.

JA Company program
Prepare | Entrepreneurship | +15 years old
The company program proposes that students create, organize, and operate a real entrepreneurship. Young people experience the importance of innovating, generating impact, taking risks, making decisions, and working as a team. At the same time, they acquire tools on project management, finances, and develop their socio-emotional skills.
Students are guided by adult mentors (teachers, volunteers, or facilitators) and have the constant support of JA.
The company has been transforming the lives of young people around the world for over 100 years.
15 sessions in a flexible implementation model. Duration +4 months.
Job Shadow
Prepare | Work Readiness | +16 years old
Students interact with professionals from the careers they want to study. Through conversations and exchanges, they learn about the daily life of a profession, resolve doubts, and receive advice. Young people acquire more information to make their career decision, become motivated to face their challenges and discover possibilities for job placement.

Students learn to plan and manage their finances, interact with content and activities that guide them in creating a budget, and understand the main concepts related to and the importance of saving.

Personal economics
Prepare | Financial health | +14 years old
Students delve into the relationship between their interests, skills, career choices, and their economy. They do this through the proposed content and dialogue with special guests.
They engage in introspective activities, acquire practical knowledge about economics, formulate a personal and family budget, and reflect on the importance of saving. They also learn about different types of advertising and criteria for smart purchasing.

Innovation camp
Prepare | Entrepreneurship | +15 years old
Participants design innovative solutions to a proposed challenge. They work in teams guided by their teachers and mentors to develop their proposal, analyze its feasibility, design the business model, and present it to a panel of judges. They incorporate tools for strategic thinking and planning while exercising teamwork, communication, decision-making, and social awareness skills.

Women for development
Prepare | Entrepreneurship | +18 years old
The program is dedicated to empowering vulnerable and underserved young women to become economic agents of change, fostering a positive outlook on their engagement in the marketplace. It offers intensive training in key abilities and knowledge to consolidate or start their own business.
The program complements the training sessions with mentorship support to motivate and support the practical implementation of the acquired knowledge.

Students and teachers take their first steps in programming and learn basic notions of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in an agile, dynamic, and entertaining way, both in class and in self-managed spaces. They prepare to thrive in 21st-century society by developing computational thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Micro-credentials for job placement
Succeed | Work Readiness | 18 to 25 years
The Micro-credentials program is designed for young people seeking opportunities to improve their employment situation. They include technical training programs that are in high demand in the job market and are endorsed by leading technology companies. Additionally, they offer comprehensive training that includes the development of key socio-emotional skills. It provides personalized support and guidance to facilitate job placement.
