Inspiring young people in their approach to the World of Work, together with EY.

JA Americas and EY have joined forces again with the goal of inspiring and empowering young people who will soon become the region's workforce. Through its regional initiative focused on the "Partners for a Day" program, it managed to impact more than 300 young people in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic thanks to the commitment of nearly 200 volunteers of EY.

The objective of the Program is for young people between 15 and 18 years of age to learn about the world of work through virtual sessions with volunteer professionals in various fields, who shared with the students about their own professional careers, the challenges and opportunities of the industry. Additionally, through short mentorships, students developed critical skills for the world of work.
