NAUFest 2024 marked a milestone in the region, solidifying its role as a transformative platform for the youth of the Americas. Focused on the future of work, the event’s third edition not only exceeded expectations but also reinforced its mission to empower the next generation.
Global Education and Reach
The event combined in-person activities in 10 countries with a virtual approach that reached the entire region, ensuring the inclusion of thousands of young people. From August to December, more than 18,000 participants attended 14 in-person meetings, and 740,000 educational experiences were recorded through virtual platforms, highlighting Junior Achievement Americas' commitment to creating a tangible and significant impact.

NAUFest 2024 offered unique experiences such as:
In-person events in 10 countries: NAUFest reached 14 cities in America with unique in-person events. During these events, participants enjoyed interactive activities such as artificial intelligence workshops, job interview simulations, and interactive stands, among others. These dynamics were designed to inspire and equip young people with practical tools for their professional development. The events were held in:
Uruguay: 800 participants.
Guatemala: 603 participants.
Brazil: More than 10,000 participants in five cities.
Peru: 705 participants.
Mexico: 3,127 participants.
Chile: 550 participants.
Colombia: 450 participants.
Argentina: 663 participants.
El Salvador: 522 participants.
Ecuador: 298 participants.
VIRTUAL initiatives
Challenge #GRWM (Get Ready With Me): A virtual experience that combined education with social media to prepare young people for job interviews, culminating in a contest that took its winner to the International Entrepreneurs Forum (FIE) in Guatemala.
NAULive: An event broadcast from Colombia that brought together 7 speakers, covering trends such as personal purpose, leadership and creativity.
Matching Talent: A space to connect young people with leaders from various industries through educational capsules and live interviews. For this event, 26 content capsules, 10 Ping-Pong-style interview videos were created on YouTube, alonside 5 live interviews moderated by JA alumni.
A lasting impact
The success of NAUFest 2024 was made possible by a network of key partnerships with companies and volunteers who provided educational content, workshops, and interactive panels. A look into the future
With an eye toward expansion, NAUFest's challenge for 2025 is to bring this educational proposal to more countries and continue to inspire millions of young people throughout the region, while maintaining the innovative and transformative essence that characterizes it.
