JA Americas appointed Noël Zemborain as new Operations Director
JA Americas recognizes the outstanding commitment and achievements of Paula Pastor Flores, former Operations Director and recently appointed as new Executive Director of JA Mexico.
After 4 years leading JA Argentina as Executive Director, Noël Zemborain joins JA Americas Regional Operating Center (effective August 2022) to lead the implementation of the 2023 – 2025 strategy for the region.
Noël Zemborain, a JA Alumna and now the new JA Americas Operations Director, has been the Executive Director of JA Argentina since 2018 and has made significant progress in each of JA's critical success areas, including educational experiences, digital transformation and impact measurement among others. She is a 2019 Global Eisenhower Fellow and prior to JA has collaborated in organizations such as the Argentina´s Ministry of Education, San Andres University and Oxfam International.
Paula Pastor Flores has served to JA Americas Regional Operating Center for the last 12 years and has leading the implementation of the 2015 – 2022 strategic plan, the first one created for JA in the Americas region. Under Paula´s leadership JA Americas was able to impact more than 1 Million students each year since 2016 and she also supported transition to digital delivery, reaching 70%+ contents online.
JA Americas celebrates collaboration and opportunities that the organization offers to human talent across the region. This is the case of Noël Zemborain and Paula Pastor Flores, two committed leaders that are transitioning to new positions increasing collaboration between JA Americas and its Member countries across the region.
